Our condo is in a choice location - away from the noise and light of the driveway and parked cars. Located near the sparkling clean pool and adjacent laundry room with gas barbeque at the foot of your stairs. Kihei Kai Nani is a Tropical Garden style complex with many beautiful pampered tropical shrubs and trees. We prefer this to the condos with elevators and catwalks that have a more institutional feel. Our 2nd floor west lanai faces west and looks over the adjacent buildings to enjoy a view of tall palm tree and the sky which often puts on spectacular sunsets for you to enjoy. It is a pleasant 4 minute walk to Kamaole 2 Beach from our front door. Kam 2 has its own lifeguard station, restroom and shower. Here you can sunbathe, safely swim, body board, or snorkel along the rocky point - a home to local green sea turtles. Our fully equipped, 2nd home, has an excellent vacation rental history with many guests returning. We enjoy walking to the many nearby eateries and small shops, including a natural foods market. It is a dream come true!
